How to Order
Our online ordering system is very user friendly and simple to use. By following our step-by-step guide below you can be assured of a smooth, hassle free experience. All of our online purchases are powered by PayPal so you are guaranteed a safe and secure transaction. Alternatively, you can download an order form to post back to us when you have finalised your choices.
If you have a bespoke design in mind or would like to discuss certain alterations to any of our collections before making that final decision, please contact us and we will be only too happy to help you in any way possible.
How to Order - Online
1. Choose your favourite wedding stationery collection
Take a close look through our design collection and decide on your chosen design. Do not worry about colour options or alterations at this stage. We will discuss any additional details when we contact you directly to confirm your order.
2. Decide upon which items of the collection you wish to order
Use the add to cart button next to each item of stationery to place it into your shopping basket. You will be taken to another page which will display your current shopping basket within PayPal’s secure server. Here you will see your item listed with the quantity ordered and the price. Simply type in the quantity you desire and click the update cart button to view an updated price. To go back to the Pink Polar website click continue shopping and repeat the process for each item you require.
3. Proceed to checkout
Once you are happy with your order, click on proceed to checkout.
4. Payment procedure
You have a choice of two payment options. You can if you wish, pay us directly using your own PayPal account by logging in with your details. However, if you do not have a PayPal account, or you would like to pay using your credit card or bank account then click the relevant option.
5. Receipt of your order
You will be sent a receipt of your order by PayPal to the email address you provided.
6. Confirmation from Pink Polar
Once we have received your order we will send you an email within 24 hours requesting all the necessary information we need to be able to create your wedding stationery proofs. This will include all the wording you require, your desired colour options and any other alterations you have in mind. If you require a bespoke colour scheme creating or any other amendments to the actual design of the stationery, we will email you an invoice to pay through PayPal to cover the cost of the additional work. We will agree all of these costs with you before undertaking any work.
7. Proofing your wedding stationery
We will email you a PDF proof within 5 working days for you to check all the details. Any amendments to the artwork can be corrected at this stage. Once you are 100% happy with the artwork, we will post you a printed sample of your finished stationery along with a proof approval form for you sign and return to us.
8. Delivery of your wedding stationery
Once we have received your proof approval the final artwork will be sent to the printers. Your stationery will be delivered by courier (UK mainland only) within 14 days. Please advise us of your delivery address if it is different to the one we hold.
How to Order - By Post

2. Decide upon which items of the collection you wish to order
You will need to download our order form and print a copy off. Fill in all of the sections, not forgetting to sign and date it. You can choose to pay by cheque, direct into our bank account or on receipt of the order we can invoice you to pay through PayPal.
3. Post and payment
Post the completed order form to: Pink Polar Limited, 18 Leewood Close, Brampton Bierlow, Rotherham S63 6ET along with your cheque (unless you are using an alternative method of payment). Cheques need to be made payable to Pink Polar Limited. Our bank account details are: HSBC, Acc No. 71712314, Sort code 40-42-49.
4. Confirmation from Pink Polar

6. Delivery of your wedding stationery
